Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking 

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier's website or your Shop app.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, please note that shipping carriers may experience delays during peak seasons or due to weather conditions. VEA By Keys is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Incorrect Address 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. VEA By Keys is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at info@veabykeys.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages 

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at info@veabykeys.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
